1. Definitions
1.1. "Lab to Dent" or "Service" means the bar-coded, online software platform offered by Lab to Dent that helps dental prosthodontic laboratories manage their business processes.
1.2. "User" or "You" means the person or organisation that agrees to use Lab to Dent and is bound by these Terms of Service and Terms of Use.
2. Service Description
2.1. Lab to Dent is a software platform designed to help dental prosthetic laboratories manage their business processes. This platform can be used to track business processes, perform accounting transactions and manage jobs from anywhere at any time.
2.2. Lab to Dent allows users to track work orders with barcodes, manage current accounts, record stock movements, monitor cash transactions, create invoices and manage business processes online through the web interface.
3. Service Usage
3.1. Users may only use Lab to Dent for authorised purposes. Users must keep their authentication information secure and prevent others from accessing it.
3.2. Lab to Dent does not encourage or support users to violate the law or harm the rights of others.
3.3. Users must not misuse Lab to Dent. Users must use the platform in accordance with legal, ethical and regulatory requirements.
4. Data Security and Privacy
4.1. Lab to Dent takes various security measures to protect data. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete security of the data. Lab to Dent is not liable for any damages resulting from loss of data or unauthorised access.
4.2. Users should regularly review the access permissions to their accounts and keep their user information secure.
4.3. Lab to Dent does not share or sell users' data with third parties. However, it may perform anonymous data analysis for the purpose of the functioning of the platform and improving the service.
5. Pricing and Payments
5.1. A fee may apply for the use of Lab to Dent. Charging information and payment terms are available on the Lab to Dent website. Fees and payment terms are subject to change and it is the user's responsibility to check the current information regularly.
5.2. Once payment has been made, service fees are non-refundable.
6. Service Termination
6.1. Users have the right to close their accounts if they do not wish to use Lab to Dent. Lab to Dent may also terminate or suspend user accounts.
6.2. Lab to Dent may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of the Terms of Service.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1. Lab to Dent does not guarantee that the services are uninterrupted and error-free. Lab to Dent is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the service.
7.2. Users agree not to claim any compensation in case of interruption of Lab to Dent's services or loss of data.
8. Changes and Updates
8.1. Lab to Dent reserves the right to change and update the Terms of Service and Terms of Use. Changes will be notified to users.
8.2. In case the changes are not accepted, users may terminate the use of the service.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
9.1. These Terms of Service and Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
9.2. Disputes between Lab to Dent and the user must be resolved through appropriate judicial remedies.
