New Case Registration

When creating a new case record, patient and case details are first entered into the system. At this stage, the patient's general information and case specifics are added. Additionally, doctor notes are recorded to outline the unique requirements for each case. In the next step, teeth and dentures are selected; the necessary denture types and models are displayed in the system after choosing the clinic and doctor. Dentures, along with the price list, are uploaded, and all information is saved. This completes the initial stage of case recording, allowing the rest of the process to be managed seamlessly

Rehearsal Management

Fitting management is a crucial step where all stages of denture fittings are carefully planned. The dentures recorded in the previous stage are detailed in the system, along with the types of fittings and their scheduled dates. Optionally, quotas can be set for each fitting to ensure a more controlled and efficient production process. With the selected dates, each fitting is included in the daily schedule, allowing the relevant teams to clearly see which denture is assigned to which fitting. This streamlined approach ensures that all fitting processes are managed on time and without errors, enabling laboratories to operate more efficiently.

STL and Photo Upload

After defining the fitting stages, case-related photos, 3D designs, and scan files (STL data) can be securely uploaded to Amazon cloud servers. Since each file is linked to its corresponding work order during upload, the data is stored in an organized manner and can be easily accessed. Technicians, clinics, or dentists can upload files using devices such as computers or phones, enhancing the process's flexibility and speed. With cloud technology, all data is stored in a secure environment, allowing laboratories to access files from anywhere. This ensures a seamless and efficient workflow without interruptions.

Workflow Management

The workflow management process begins when the cases assigned for production are scanned by technicians using barcodes, initiating the process in the relevant unit. Each case is associated with unique barcodes that technicians can quickly scan using mobile devices to start the corresponding task. This system ensures clear identification of which procedures are required for each denture and assigns responsibility to the appropriate technician. With the support of advanced technology, tasks are completed swiftly and accurately, enhancing transparency and efficiency in operations. Through barcode-enabled workflows, laboratories can monitor all production processes in real time, making timely interventions when necessary to ensure the on-time completion of all tasks. This innovative approach not only improves productivity but also ensures precision and reliability in denture production, setting new standards for efficiency in the industry.
